Return Policy

All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which can be obtained by contacting our Customer Service department.

All products come with a 10day guarantee period.

Products to be returned for a refund must be completed within 10 days of receival goods.

All items returned for a refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

All sales are final after the 10 day period.

Items that carry a warranty will be picked up and replaced at no charge.

Items that are not carried under our warranty can be repaired by The Oxygen Company Inc. at a nominal charge.
